Carolyn Wade leading a Human Garage group through a movement reset

Human Performance Specialist

Your team performs better when it knows how to reset.

Calmer people. Stronger performance.

Practical, body-led Micro Resets that reduce stress, release physical tension and restore the clarity and focus people need to perform well, without sacrificing their health.

I'm Carolyn Wade. I spent forty years inside organisational pressure before my own body made me stop and pay attention. Today I equip organisations and individuals to recognise what pressure is doing, and to respond with practical tools that fit a real working day.

The body is part of the performance system

Mindset matters. But it isn't the whole story.

Most workplace wellbeing focuses on the mind and leaves the body carrying the load.

I spent decades doing exactly that. I travelled, led, delivered and adapted, and I became very good at continuing regardless of discomfort. My body kept communicating. I was too busy to listen. Eventually it stopped asking.

What I teach now is what I wish someone had shown me at 35: how to read the early signals, release what the body is holding and return to clear thinking before reacting, deciding or leading.

When pressure becomes the baseline

What keeps workplace stress in place

  1. Overloaded people.Employees keep delivering while accumulated stress, physical tension and fatigue reduce focus, energy and consistency. The cost shows up in mistakes, absence, presenteeism and declining performance.
  2. Reactive teams.Sustained pressure increases irritability, rushed decisions and workplace friction. Managers spend more time handling tension than moving work forward.
  3. Wellbeing without lasting change.One-off talks, apps and benefits can raise participation without changing how anyone actually feels during a demanding working day.

The result is not that people cope better. It's that people become better at hiding stress, not better at recovering from it.

Small resets. Meaningful shifts. Better performance.

Release.

Notice the signs and unwind physical tension.

Reset.

Recalibrate.

Discover what level of stress you’re carrying

Stress can show up through tension, fatigue, irritability, poor sleep, headaches, digestive discomfort and difficulty switching off.

In the time it takes for the kettle to boil, discover whether your current signs reflect acute, episodic or chronic stress. You'll receive a personalised result and a simple Micro Reset to support what your body needs next.

A few minutes. Personalised insight. A practical next step.

The Body Stress Check-In is an educational wellbeing tool designed to increase awareness of stress signs. It does not provide a medical diagnosis or replace advice, assessment or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
